How the Mediation Process Works

A collaborative, private framework to resolve issues efficiently and respectfully. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Initial Telephone Consultation

    We start with a brief call to understand needs, discuss the process, and confirm that mediation is a good fit.

  2. Individual Meetings

    One-to-one private sessions to surface concerns, priorities, and goals. Typically 45–60 minutes each.

  3. Joint Mediation Sessions

    Structured conversations focused on decisions and next steps. Most sessions run 1.5–2 hours.

  4. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

    We summarize agreements clearly so you can finalize them confidently with any required professionals.
